Eligibility & Age Restriction (18+)
18+ Only: Finga is intended for users aged 18 years or older. Individuals under 18 are prohibited from creating accounts or using the App. Age-verification mechanisms may be enforced upon registration.
No Anonymous Use: Anonymous access is not supported. All users must register and log in to access dance tutorials, community posts, messaging, video communication features, and interactive community features.
Information We Collect
Depending on your interactions with Finga, we may collect the following categories of information:
- Account Information: Nickname, profile image, email address, login credentials, bio, birthday, and voluntary profile details.
- User Content Data: Dance videos, uploaded photos, posts, comments, likes, follows, favorites, messages, and community interaction records shared through Finga.
- Learning Activity Information: Information related to viewed dance tutorials, unlocked teaching videos, learning progress, and saved content.
- Purchase Information: Transaction records when purchasing or unlocking paid teaching videos. Payments are securely processed through Apple's In-App Purchase system. Finga does not store payment card details.
- Device & Usage Logs: Device model, operating system, IP address, access times, crash reports, and technical log data.
How We Use Information
We use your information to:
- Operate the platform and provide hand gesture dance learning features.
- Provide access to teaching videos and purchased digital content.
- Support community interactions, including posts, comments, likes, follows, favorites, and messaging features.
- Provide optional video communication features between users.
- Personalize content recommendations and improve user experience.
- Process In-App Purchases and deliver purchased digital content.
- Maintain community safety, detect abuse, and enforce community guidelines.

Dance videos, photos, posts, and comments you publish publicly may be viewed, liked, commented on, or saved by other users.
Please avoid sharing confidential or sensitive personal information in public content, messages, or video communications.
Finga provides reporting, blocking, and content moderation features to help maintain a safe and respectful community environment.

Finga may request access to:

Used when users choose to record dance videos, capture photos, participate in video communication, or create community content.
Photo Library
Used when users choose to upload selected photos or videos.
Microphone
Used when users choose to participate in video communication or create videos with audio.
Notifications
Used to receive learning reminders, purchase updates, messages, and community activity notifications.
Users may manage permissions through their device settings at any time.
Account Deletion
You may request account deletion at any time through the App settings (Settings > Account > Delete Account).
Upon account deletion, your personal profile, posts, uploaded media, and account information will be permanently deleted or anonymized, except where retention is legally required for compliance, fraud prevention, or security purposes.
Any unused purchased digital content or benefits may no longer be available after account deletion.
